This one-year graduate program offers a specialized formation in analysis, partial differential equations and probability. The theoric fundations of these mathematical tools will be presented, as well as their applications to the modelling of various phenomena from reality.
The successful students will get a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics. They may then apply to pursue a PhD.
This program is part of the department of mathematics and informatics (mido) of Université Paris-Dauphine, the students will be in contact with the researchers of CEREMADE. It is also supported by the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Paris, the Université de Versailles Saint Quentin, and INRIA.
International applications are welcome. Some courses will be offered in English. A full formation in English is possible in the framework of the International Master in Numerical Analysis and PDE's. Interested studients can apply for a financial support at the Paris Graduate School of Mathematical sciences.
Training courses are offered at IHP (in english) from september 12 to september 23 (the schedule).
