EEC Starting in September 2008, six European universities from five different EU countries are joining forces into an European Master in Bayesian Statistics and Decision Analysis: EuroBayes is a two-year Master program consisting of 120 European credits (ECTS) that aim at training young researchers and professionals in the profiles related to Bayesian Statistics, a Master oriented both towards successful research carriers and practitioner specialisation.  This Master is open to both European and non-European students interested in Bayesian Staistics.

Programs in the first year of EuroBayes are mostly common to the six universities, while, in the second year, students need to take four specialist courses in one of the internationally recognized research areas of the different partners at another university.

The students finish the program by completing a Master Thesis that will be evaluated during a two week summer school common to the six universities. Successful students will at least be awarded a double degree, and can apply for a PhD program in any of the six universities.
