Abstract : We propose a global method for estimating motion parameters of a camera which films a static scene with a high frame rate. Our approach uses optical flow and deals with adjacent frames of the sequence. Thanks to an original model of camera motion, our method separates the deformation between two adjacent frames in two components: a similarity and a ``purely'' projective application. The similarity is estimated from the two images with a parametric motion model and then the projective deformation is evaluated from the directions of optical flow vectors.
