OT Toolbox v0.1.0
This is the code used for the article (ShortCuts'16) (see Publications). It contains the sparse multi-scale solver for discrete optimal transport problems, as well as some auxiliary code for setting up problems, some example files and a brief documentation.
Requirements overview: OS X or Linux, Python 3 with numpy and scipy, g++, CPLEX or Lemon library. See documentation for details.
This published version is very preliminary and has not been tested extensively. If you experience problems with running the examples, feel free to contact me.
